Cancellation and return policy

 

I. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify us of their decision by sending a clear statement to:

• by post to DOLLY LLC, 19 Lazar Mihaylov Blvd., Sofia 1225

 

II. Return Conditions

Returned goods must meet the following conditions:
• be in their original packaging;
• be unused;
• be in a resalable condition suitable for resale.
Unless otherwise agreed, the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.

 

III. Refunds

After receiving the returned goods and verifying that they comply with the return conditions, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days, subject to the following:
• the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise;
• the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded unless otherwise required by applicable law.

 

IV. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• goods with unsealed or damaged packaging where this is necessary for health protection or hygiene reasons;
• goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• products that have been used or are not in a resalable condition.

 

V. Complaints

If a product is found to be defective or non-conforming, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint in accordance with the applicable legislation by contacting us using the contact details provided above.
